1. The Service

VideoMark converts public video and photo posts from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Reddit and Facebook into structured, searchable text notes organized in smart folders with hashtags.

Notes can be read and edited in the Mini App and connected to third-party AI agents through the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

2. Acceptable use

Submit only public posts you have the right to process. Do not submit private, stolen, infringing or unlawful content.

Do not abuse, overload or attempt to circumvent the Service, its limits or its access controls.

3. Subscriptions and payments

VideoMark offers a free trial of 3 videos (lifetime) and paid tiers — Basic, Pro and Ultra — billed in 30-day cycles and paid with Telegram Stars inside Telegram.

Each tier limits the number of videos per period and the maximum video duration. Current prices and limits are listed in the pricing section of our website and in the bot.

You receive a reminder before your subscription expires and can renew with one tap. Payments are processed by Telegram; refunds for Stars are subject to Telegram's policies.

4. Your content

You keep your rights to the links you submit. AI-generated notes are created for you and stored in your personal knowledge base.

You grant us a license to process, store and transmit your submissions solely to operate and improve the Service.

5. Data and privacy

How we collect, process and store your data is described in our Privacy Policy. Analysis is performed with the help of third-party AI and media services listed there.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You can request deletion of your data at any time through the bot's Support feature.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the Service evolves; material changes will be announced in the bot.
